Does anyone know if Kubota plans on introducing a clutchless CUT? If anyone has tested the new JD 4000 series you can appreciate the ease of use of this type of technology. Frankly, I am sick and tired of having to stop to shift my pto on or change to h or l range...hey in addtion Kubota should redesign the darn loader lever on the side out of the way were it belongs.

I don't understand why, or when, someone would need to engage the PTO 'on the fly'. I can see the advantage to range shifts, but it is done so seldomly I don't see it being a big deal personally.

As for the loader control, I don't think mine could be any further out of the way and still be in an ergonomically acceptable position.

Best of luck. ....

I agree with Murf. You wouldn't be engaging the PTO unless you were stopped. I will say the electric switch on the JD PTOs are fine in my books.

The range selector, I don't understand your gripe? You're gonna have to stop before you change ranges, no matter what color you drive. ....

The loader control does seem to be in an awkward location but some people seem to like it. Although it falls to hand easily if your hand is on the wheel, the long reach would probably cause a sore arm and shoulder after a long day of loader operation. I like the Deere location better but it's a matter of personal preference. ....
